Star Machine & Tool Company Inc. is a full service machine shop
with CNC milling, CNC turning, O.D. & I.D. grinding, surface grinding,
sinker & wire EDM, and water jet capabilities. Master Cam CAD/CAM
software is used for programming and design.
We offer a well equipped welding & fabrication shop with the latest
Miller mig & tig machines. Lone Star Machine maintains 100% traceability
on materials used in the manufacturing of customer’s products
along with calibrated measuring equipment traceable to the National
Institute of Standards and Technology.
We have in place and maintain a Quality Assurance Policy and Procedure
Manual which outlines the way we run our business. We have anodizing,
black oxide, powder coating and electro less nickels plating capabilities.
